Room rental shared bathroom and kitchen . Internet and utilities included . Has a bed and built in cupboard with places to hang clothes and shelves . Family oriented area . No smoking or drugs in the home . If you want to smoke you’re welcome to go out front to do so . Really looking for a student or someone who works full time . As I am home a lot with my son .

About the roomies

Me and my son he’s almost 2 and my sons father. We moved in with my brother but he moved out in January and helped a friend out for a couple months but since April the room has been empty . So needing to rent the room back out as winter is coming so work slows down so we will need it rented for them for financial reasons .
