🏡 Two Furnished Rooms Available in South Vancouver

We have two furnished private bedrooms available in our family home. We’re looking for clean, respectful and considerate individuals who want a comfortable place to call home. Students are very welcome!

🛏️ About the Rooms

Each room has a Twin XL bed, dresser and desk, with space to add your own personal touches. Bed sizes can be changed depending on your needs.

The bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, with direct access from each room.

We’re currently making a few small changes to both rooms as we get everything ready.

💰 Rent

Each room is $1,300 per month, including utilities and Wi-Fi. We’re happy to discuss your budget to see what may work for everyone.

Our home is in South Vancouver, with convenient access to Langara College and the Oakridge area.

👋 About Our Home

This is a shared family home with an adult household. We’re looking for individuals aged 19+ who are considerate of shared spaces and the people they live with.

🏡 About Us

Our household is made up of five adults: four of my family members and myself. It’s a real family home, so at times it can be busy, especially on weekday mornings, but nothing crazy 😊 Everyone also has their own routines and personal space.

😊 We enjoy spending time together, and the atmosphere is generally casual and easygoing. We want anyone who moves in to feel comfortable using the shared spaces and being themselves.

🐾 I have a dog who is very much part of our family and part of the everyday activity around the house. While we love animals, we’re unfortunately not able to accommodate any additional pets.
