We have two furnished rooms available in our family home in South Vancouver, conveniently located near public transit with easy access to bus routes and SkyTrain, as well as shopping, restaurants and other nearby amenities.

Each room is furnished with a Twin XL bed, dresser and desk, with room to add your own personal touches. The two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom located between them, with direct access from each bedroom.

Rent is $1,500 per month for each individual room and includes utilities, internet and cable. The rooms are rented separately.

The kitchen and living areas are shared with our family. We’re looking for individuals 19 or older who are clean, respectful and considerate of others. Students are very welcome.

Our household is made up of four adults from our family and extended household. We’ve lived together for many years and have a pretty relaxed environment where everyone has their own schedules and routines. We enjoy spending time together, but also respect each other’s privacy and personal space.

We do have a dog who is very much part of our family, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable having a dog in the home. While we love animals, we’re unfortunately not able to accommodate any additional pets.
