Because access to the basement is through our main entrance and a short walkway in the family area before turning down the basement stairs, we would love to have someone we can feel comfortable sharing our home with. Once downstairs, however, you have your own private furnished bedroom and living/sitting room, so you can still enjoy your privacy and independence.

We are easygoing and welcoming and would be happy to have someone who can feel at home with us while also respecting each other’s space and privacy. If you are tidy, considerate and looking for a peaceful place to settle, we would love to hear a little about you.
