Master Bedroom for Rent – Commercial Drive Area

Hello everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to rent the master bedroom in my apartment near Commercial Drive & 1st Avenue.

The bedroom is bright and will be furnished. I’m planning to replace the bed shown in the photos, so the furniture will include a bed, drawers, and a built-in closet.

Rent: $1,300/month, including Wi-Fi, utilities, and hot water.

The kitchen, dining area, and bathroom are shared.

The location is very convenient:

• Less than a 10-minute walk to the SkyTrain and buses
• About 15 minutes to downtown
• Less than 5 minutes to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and everything Commercial Drive has to offer

A little about me: I’m a 34-year-old woman working as an Educational Assistant with the Vancouver School Board. I enjoy long walks, cooking, and baking, and I like having a peaceful, comfortable, and clean home.

I’m hoping to find preferably a female roommate who is respectful, clean, tidy, and comfortable keeping the shared areas clean after use. I value a home that is quiet, respectful, and comfortable for both of us.
