The property is conveniently located near the Farmers’ Market, the River Valley, and Whyte Ave, with plenty of bookstores nearby and the public library just 5 minutes away. The bus stop is only 2 mins walk from the house. Buses 4 and 8 run frequently from the bus stop, so it is easy to get to the University or downtown. The university is 15 mins bus ride away. Or just a 12-minute ride via the bike lane right next to the house. No Frills and Shoppers Drug Mart are only 10 minutes away.

If you’re a film buff, Metro Cinema is just a 20-minute walk, and you have the city centre for arts close by as well!.

The room comes fully furnished, and kitchen essentials (pots and plates) are provided, so you only need to bring your personal belongings! Rent covers electricity and water; internet is extra.
