Ideally suited to a travel nurse, locum or other working professional looking for a longer-term home base in the Comox Valley. The large private bedroom (12 x 14 ft) features a built-in closet and will be furnished with a queen bed prior to move in. The room also has its own lockable exterior door leading to the fenced backyard, providing the option of a separate entrance. Photos were taken prior to the home being occupied. The rental bedroom (shown in photos with vaulted ceiling and chandelier) will be furnished with a queen bed prior to move in. Linens and towels can be provided upon request, and we’re happy to consider reasonable additions to help make the room comfortable for the selected tenant. The home is shared with one quiet female working professional and has a relaxed, respectful atmosphere. The renter has full use of the shared kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, dishes and utensils, as well as dedicated cupboard and fridge/freezer space for the renter. The shared bathroom features a freestanding bathtub and separate shower. In-home washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, utilities and driveway parking are included. The fenced backyard is also available for the renter to enjoy. The home is within walking distance of downtown Comox, approximately two blocks from the ocean, close to Providence Living at The Views, and a 10-minute drive to North Island Hospital CV. The home is non-smoking and pet-free. Accommodation is for one person only, with no pets or overnight guests. Available October 1st.
