Located in NW Calgary, this 5-bedroom house is a convenient and comfortable place to call home, with grocery stores, restaurants, Calgary Transit, and the YMCA all within walking distance. The location is especially convenient for students or anyone who relies on public transit, with multiple bus stops located just a short walk from the house.

The Route 76 provides convenient access toward Dalhousie and continues directly to SAIT, making it a great option for students commuting to campus. The 76 also runs in the opposite direction toward Crowfoot Station, providing easy connections to Calgary’s CTrain network and other bus routes.

The available room is located in the basement, providing a quieter space away from the main living areas. The basement stays warm and comfortable during the winter while remaining nice and cool during the summer.

The house has a shared kitchen available for everyone in the home, giving you space to prepare your own meals and store your food. There is also a bathroom located downstairs that is shared with only one other person, rather than the entire household.

The home is a shared living environment, so we’re looking for someone who is respectful of the space and considerate of the other people living here. It’s a good fit for someone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to live with easy access to transit and nearby amenities.

We’re a group of young(ish) adults between 21 and 33, and the four of us are currently looking for a fifth roommate. Two of our friends are moving out to start a family and get a place of their own, so we’re looking for someone new to join the household.

We’re mostly introverted and pretty easygoing. We’re happy to do our own thing and give each other space, but we also enjoy hanging out together when the mood strikes. If you’re down for a movie night, board games, or video games, we’re always happy to have another person join in!

We’re also all part of the LGBTQ+ community, so we’re looking for someone who is accepting and comfortable living in an LGBTQ+ friendly household. Ultimately, we’re hoping to find someone who is respectful, considerate, and easy to get along with.
