Beautiful, fully furnished three-bedroom apartment at The Bowline in Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver.

The apartment is bright, comfortable and furnished more like a home than a typical rental. The available room is private and fully furnished, with shared access to the kitchen, living and dining areas.

The Bowline is a newer building with excellent amenities, including a gym and a beautiful residents’ lounge/common area that provides additional space to study, work or relax.

The location is fantastic — close to the waterfront, Shipyards, cafés, restaurants, transit and the Seabus for easy access to downtown Vancouver.

We’re looking for someone who will appreciate a comfortable, clean and respectful, quiet home environment.

You would be sharing the apartment primarily with another student. Her parents also use the apartment periodically when they are in North Vancouver, but usually only one of them is staying there at a time.

Our family’s long-haired miniature dachshund, Charlie, also occasionally stays at the apartment when one of us is there. He does not live in the apartment full-time.

It’s a comfortable, respectful household and we’re looking for someone who is friendly, responsible and considerate of shared spaces.
