About Den & Apartment: The den is in a 1+1 apartment with two bathrooms, giving you a private bathroom directly across from the den. The apartment also includes ensuite laundry, a fully stocked kitchen, and a beautiful tiled balcony with planters, patio chairs, and a lounger. Amazing Location: The apartment is an 8-minute walk to Eglinton Station and a 4-minute walk to the Line 5 subway. Two beautiful parks are nearby, and Yonge Street, with its many shops and stores, is just a 5-minute walk away. Amenities: Gym, pool, and steam room Utilities included: Heat (hydro), water, and high-speed internet. Electricity extra: $50 Indoor Parking is available for $400 extra.

About Me (Just 1 Roommate) Female roommate/ Mature/ Clean/ Respectful/ Considerate/ Non-smoker/ Have 2 friendly Cats; an orange & a brown tabby (I have a litter robot that cleans often) No smoking in the house or on the balcony (this includes weed, cigarettes, and vapes) • Shared cleaning responsibilities for shared areas: the living room, hallway, kitchen, balcony, fridge, kitchen cabinets, ensuite laundry room. • Quiet: no music or noise after 10 pm • No parties • No overnight guests I’m clean, laid-back, and easy to live with. I work full-time remotely, so I’d prefer a roommate who does not work remotely. Outside of work, I’m usually at the gym, salsa dancing, playing volleyball, or spending time with friends and family.
