Four bedroom house, two upstairs, two downstairs. • Single room with closet available in fully furnished basement. • Bathroom shared with 1 person (two bathroom house). • Parking spot in garage available, street parking is also free and abundant. • House has laundry and dishwasher, and two full size fridges (so you only share a fridge with one other person). • There is one extremely sweet+friendly senior cat in the house, and one fish tank with a few little fish :) • Utilities range from around $65 - $100 per month on top of rent (wifi is included in rent). • Tv living room downstairs, tv free living room upstairs, storage space in laundry room and garage. There is a front patio and a backyard.

Downstairs: • Leo: 25 y/o female she/her. From Paris, France, works full time, loves line dancing and outdoor activities like river rafting and hiking. Shares the downstairs bathroom. Upstairs: • Hayes: 27 y/o, non-binary they/them. Works full time in psych research, very friendly+social, spends a lot of time out and about with friends and family, often spends time at home watching movies and gardening (tomatoes this were were plentiful!) • Bellamy, 27 y/o, non-binary they/them. Works part time, loves to read, watch tv shows, and spends a lot of time in the kitchen cooking and experimenting.
