Looking for a female roommate to take over a room in a clean and well-located Centretown apartment!

-Move in date : December 1st -Rent: $1,282/month + WiFi & utilities -Unfurnished room/apartment

The apartment is located right in Centretown, and is very close to Downtown, Parliament , and Elgin Street with plenty of restaurants, cafés, grocery stores and transit options.

The current living room furniture and some kitchen appliances belong to my current roommate, who is moving out. I’m willing to furnish the common areas if needed, so that can definitely be discussed!

I am looking for a Women only living situation!
