I have a bedroom with a closet, queen bed, lamp, side table and wardrobe available.

My room is located in the basement, there is a roommate across the hall from the room available. There will be a quiet hour Monday to Friday starting at 9 pm to allow all roomies who work throughout the week to have the rest and peace they need. Laundry on site in the basement on your designated laundry day. Shared kitchen and bathroom, you’ll be asked to clean up after yourself to keep the place neat and tidy for the next person. There is a deep freezer in the storage room accessible to use. Random people brought into the home will not be accepted unless approved by me, as this is a room rental not a house rental for people to come and go, out of respect to all roommates. Taking only one female roommate to replace one moving out pending October 1st for month to month lease.
