Location: Sutherland Area – Prime central location near transit and Capri Shopping Center.(2 to 5 mins walk to the main buses, 6 min walk to the mall)

Available a few days after we agree on the arrangement.

The Arrangement: Shared kitchen and bathroom with one roommate.

️ Furnished with: Queen bed, desk, dining table/chairs, kitchenware, microwave, oven, fridge, AC, shared card operated laundry in the building. Bed sheets not included.

Costs & Terms:

Monthly Rent: $900

✅️ Ideal Candidate: Quiet, clean, and responsible roommate. Female roommate-occupied unit.

⛔️ Rules: No pets, smoking, drugs, alcohol, parties, or overnight guests.

Half-month deposit and references required.

I enjoy listening to audiobooks and podcasts, watching meaningful movies, and exploring online content, especially on social, health, educational, or other topics. I value cleanliness, privacy, and a peaceful home, and I’m looking for a considerate roommate who shares these values and respects the house rules.

I also love nature, the environment, trees, wildlife, and art. I care about reducing unnecessary consumption and waste, minimizing environmental pollution, and doing what I can to reduce my impact on climate change.
