About the room

High rise building close to Garneau, Whyte Avenue, and the U of A. You will be taking over the bedroom pictured (but it will be unfurnished) with a bathroom (pictured). This unit is on a high floor with a huge balcony overlooking amazing views of Edmonton. There is laundry on each floor of the building that is operated with a phone app. All utilities are included in rent, except wifi. The building has a gym, pool, quiet working space, games area, and other awesome amenities. There is also a private movie theatre, event room, and dining room that you can book for free through the app. There is heated underground parking for an additional charge (equipped with a car wash and charging stations for electric vehicles). There is a bus stop right in front of the building and the LRT is close. Very secure building with 24 hour security.

About the roomies

I am a working professional so I usually stay busy on week days, but I love to go out on weekends. I respect everyone’s personal space but I would also enjoy being friends with my roommate.
