This is a room in a 2-bedroom laneway unit. The unit is on the ground level, and both bedrooms are about the same size. The room gets some natural light during the day, although it doesn’t get a lot of direct sun.

I currently live in the other bedroom, and my roommate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over the room.

The home is a good fit for someone who enjoys a clean, quiet, and respectful living environment.

I’m a 30-year-old social service worker, currently working and doing school.

I’m a nature lover and spend a lot of my free time camping, hiking, and doing photography, so I’m often out and about. When I’m home, I like to enjoy a clean, quiet, and respectful environment.

I’m pretty easygoing and also cherish social connections. I’m happy to share a meal, have a conversation, or hang out sometimes. I also appreciate having my quiet time and recharge for the next day.
