We have 2 unfurnished rooms available in a 2.5 bath, 4 bed (+ den), female-only, 3-storey beautiful house on quiet street in Esquimalt/Vic West! Close to bus stops, amenities, lots of street parking available as well as storage space on the 3rd floor. Sunroom, large wrap around deck, front and back yards available for tenant use. One bedroom has attached patio! Photos do not do this house justice and any serious inquires we highly recommend and come by for a tour to see everything :) There’s lots of space !

You’ll be sharing the house with 2 other women in their early 30s( one of us is a carpenter and one of us is a masters student), two kitties, and a senior tripawd dog. We like to cook, and the both of us live a pretty active liftstyle. We value communication and cleanliness in common areas and stick to a rotating cleaning schedule. We will consider small pets upon meeting - must be good with other animals! Rooms are $1050 each/month, Internet and utilities extra. Available for November 1st. Minimum 1 year lease
