spacious private bedroom in one bedroom apartment. shared kitchen & bathroom, The building has a laundry room but its $4 per load of laundry. bedroom has a large closet and a powerful radiator for heating in winter. Close to bus routes and U of W, good for students. Internet comes with suite. Currently disputing the proposed rent increase for the suite with RTB, and If I am successful I am happy to reimburse the rent paid up to that point and continue splitting it at the reduced cost. Gonna get rid of most of the furniture to clean the room out but there is a bed and a queen sized mattress available if interested. Also a dresser.
I am a 22 year old male, I am very clean, I like to cook, I am quiet, I usually keep to myself. I like fixing things and medicine, I usually work in support work or social services. I currently dont have a real phone so im not able to provide any pics of the room, Im doing this on short notice as my dispute has been far slower than I expected.
