We’re current tenants looking for a roommate to join our 4-bedroom house. The available room is a spacious basement bedroom in a friendly, shared home. We’re ideally looking for someone who’s interested in staying long term.

📝 Rental Terms We have an RTA-protected lease signed with the landlord/owner. The room will be subleased with a roommate agreement. Minimum 3-month commitment, with the possibility of extension. Long-term tenants are preferred.
