The Room

The available room is located on the third floor of the townhouse, offering a comfortable and more private space away from the main shared areas of the house. The room features two closets, providing plenty of storage space for clothing and personal belongings.

The room can be rented unfurnished; however, I’m also willing to leave my bed frame, desk, side table, and mini fridge for the next tenant for a reasonable and negotiable price, making move-in easier if you need furniture.

Stickers on the mini fridge can be removed if needed and posters will be removed in both the room and living room.

The House

The property is spread across three separate floors and features five bedrooms, providing plenty of space and privacy for students, young professionals, or anyone looking for a comfortable shared home. The house includes one shared bathroom, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.

One of the highlights of the property is the private backyard with a grill, offering a great outdoor space to relax, enjoy the warmer months, or spend time with friends. The property also includes a garage with space for parking and additional storage.

The location makes everyday life incredibly convenient. You’ll be surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, bars, cafés, grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, gyms, parks, subway transport, and other essential amenities, with many of them just steps from the property.

For students, the townhouse is also within walking distance of the University of Toronto campus, making it an excellent option for anyone who wants to live close to school while still enjoying everything the surrounding neighbourhood has to offer.

I’m an international graduate from the Business School at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), while the other roommates are currently students at the University of Toronto (U of T).

We keep the house clean, quiet, and respectful, especially when it comes to shared spaces and everyone’s privacy. We enjoy having a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere where everyone can feel at home while still having their own space and routine.

The house also has a great shared living area where we can cook, read, watch TV, play video games, do laundry, or simply hang out and relax. We’re social and friendly, but also understand when someone wants some quiet time or needs to focus on school or work.

Overall, we’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, and easygoing and who wants to be part of a comfortable and welcoming home.
