Note* This is a non-owner occupied house. This is a 3 storey, semi-detached house that is clean and quiet and it is within walking distance to all amenities, including Walmart, plus it’s also near to Sheridan College.

Unfortunately, no pets and no smoking permitted, and parking is not included.

4 people in max total however property has 2 kitchens, 4 bathrooms and 2 laundry rooms, so you’ll only shared kitchen and bathroom with one person. House is occupied by males and females and is suitable for students or working people. The person that the kitchen and bathroom is shared with is a male that is a Sheridan Student the past 3-4 years in his late 20’s and he works too. House is very quiet and clean.
