I’m looking for a female roommate to move in for October 1st! Students are welcome.

This is a shared 3-bedroom, 1-bath main-floor apartment in Vanier. I’m 22F and will be staying in the apartment. The room is private and unfurnished, and the apartment has a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, and in-unit laundry.

📍 Location:

• uOttawa — 30–35 min by bus
• LRT — 20–30 min by bus
• Grocery stores, Shoppers, Dollarama and other shopping nearby
• Convenient bus access

🐈 Cats are welcome 🚭 Non-smoking property 🚗 Parking available for an additional cost

Rent: $700/month

• First month’s rent required as the deposit
• Hydro + gas split between the 3 tenants
• Heat, water & internet included

Landlord requirements:

• Tenant insurance required
• Credit check required
• Either a guarantor or a letter of referral from a previous landlord

I’m 22 and work part-time, so my schedule changes from week to week. I’m pretty introverted and quiet at first, but I’m friendly and definitely open to getting to know my roommates once I’m comfortable. I like gaming, reading, writing, going for walks, and generally nerdy things.

I’m hoping for a home that feels comfortable and friendly, where everyone can have their own space but still chat and hang out sometimes. I value clear communication, kindness, and keeping the shared spaces reasonably clean. There will be a total of three of us including me, so if you know anyone else needing a room let me know!
