About the room

Available October 1st or in the last days of september: a bright, furnished room in my East Vancouver apartment. I’m looking for a respectful, easygoing female renter who needs a place for 6 months up to 2 years. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the Broadway SkyTrain and close to Commercial Drive. Buses to Downtown, UBC, and Broadway are all within a few blocks. Rent is $800, including utilities, Wi‑Fi, and TV. Laundry is in the building. Preference for a female renter as the apartment is shared with a mature woman. No pets, no smoking, and not suitable for couples. Please tell me your age and your intended length of stay when you message.
