I have 1 single room available from March 16 on Joyce St, just a couple of minutes walk to Joyce sky train station. From Joyce station, it takes 12 or 13 minutes to go downtown Vancouver by sky train. The room is on the ground floor of an 16 year old 3 level house, and my family and I live on the 2 upper floors. Shopping, dining, banking and commuting to work are very convenient. The ground floor suite (4bedrooms, 2 full washrooms) is fully furnished and self contained. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the suite, there is a male Filipino, a male Chinese Canadian and a male South American, all nice, CLEAN, friendly and responsible. We want someone clean and responsible too. We also want someone who cleans the washroom every after using and cleans after himself when using the kitchen. The person should also be willing to follow garbage rules set by the City of Vancouver, this aspect is really important. The room is fully furnished and the rent is $740 for this room (has queen size bed) per month including utilities, high speed internet, laundry facilities and shared digital TV. You will share the washroom with the CLEAN Irish guy. A security/damage/cleaning deposit of $370.00 is required. Smoking (pots, cigarettes, weeds), DRUNKS, Drugs and Sleepovers for non-residents are NOT allowed. Minimum stay is 4 months, 30 days notice required. If this suites your needs please email me.
