Available Oct 1 - until my daughter returns from travel. Could be Feb 15, but more likely until April.

  • Parking for one vehicle available.
  • $1500/month includes utilities and WiFi (unless you crank/waste the heat then expected to share Hydro)
  • Fully furnished, includes household basics.
  • I have a 🐈‍⬛ cat and a 🐕 dog so No Allergies and a love for pets is a must. (Pet sitting potential while I’m away, will be deducted from rent)
  • I am super sensitive to chemicals and scents, so NO perfume or smelly personal products can be tolerated.
  • No parties or sleep-overs. Looking for a mature and responsible human that cleans up after themselves and is respectable and loves animals. No couples.
