I don’t drive but there is a parking space available if you’d like to pay for that. Only me living here Searching for a roomie for next couple of years (until I retire) then if you’d like you can take over the lease from the property owner/management if you’d like. I’m an older professional worker, been at my company for 37 years. I’m on continental shift (12hr day shifts) I have every other weekend off but most likely won’t be around on those days. I’m Quite, neat tidy and clean, No parties please. I go to bed early on the days I do work and I’m up early (I do this quietly so not to disturb your rest and I shower ant work) I’m out of home by 530am. Please No smoking (allergies) it’s a fully Furnished living room and kitchen utensils is well stocked. There’s Plenty of room in here for 2 people living. I do have a girlfriend who might come over from time to time. She’ll respectfully stay with me only in my room leaving you to the rest of the place. You’re welcome to have people over too (but again let’s be respectful to each other’s space during that time) I’m happy to go into my room while you do have someone over if at any time you’d like having the place to yourselves. It’s all good I’ve lived with someone before 👍
