About the room

the room is pretty spacious, it comes with a desk already installed by the window and a chair, the windows are massive and therefore, brings in a good amount of sunlight, the living room is huge too and i think could be used efficiently, has a pretty decent closet space! its on a really nice street and is close to spring garden!

the only thing not included is electricity and wifi, electricity is around $50 a month and wifi is around $15!

About the roomies

currently there are 2 other girls living here, one is a second year smu student and the other girl is working full time, theyre both really nice girls and easy to gel with! i am looking for someone to take over my room because i am moving back to wolfville:)
