Great room available in a house located in downtown London. The room has a window and closet and wood floor. Bathroom is modern and shared with two of the upstairs roommates. The house is in a great location close to bars, restaurants, shops and everything downtown has to offer. It is also easy to get to Western , Fanshaw and Huron, making it a great option for a student.

The available room is the biggest bedroom in the house (10.5 by 10.5), giving you plenty of space and privacy. The washroom was fully renovated this year and feels clean and modern.

The house has a really nice and welcoming environment with a cute kitchen that includes all the main amenities you need for everyday living. There are also two fridges, which gives everyone lots of space for groceries and food storage, laundry, as well as a TV in the common area. There is also plenty of parking in the back of the house.

Overall, it is a comfortable and convenient place to live with a great balance between being close to school and being able to enjoy downtown London.
