About the room

Hi Everyone! I am looking for a female roommate to share a 2bed 2bath with me near square one. There’s no official move in date, but ideally Oct 1st. You will get your own private washroom, not ensuite but it is solely yours to use. The building has its own gym, restaurant, grocery store, lounge area, etc. It is also newly constructed. Utilities is extra except internet, bills will be split 50/50.

About the roomies

As for myself, I am a student, but I also have a job at a restaurant. I have three cats, but only two will be living with me. For the living situation, they’ll most likely stay in my room. Since I have cats, I do clean daily so I would like to live with someone who is respectful of the shared areas. I do not mind smoking at all, but keep it outside (apartment has a balcony)
