THE GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT; Layout: Massive 2,000 sq ft home. Both rooms and the bathroom are down a long, quiet hallway for excellent privacy.

LARGE BRIGHT KITCHEN; Fully equipped kitchen with cozy couch to relax while cooking.

BATHROOM; shared with one other male tenant.

ABOUT THE LIVING SPACE; There are 3 tenants max living in the entire home. I am the main tenant, and my bedroom/bathroom is are located at the completely opposite end of the home, ensuring excellent privacy for everyone.

The tenants that have stayed here is the past stay until they either get married, have to leave as their work visa is up or move to another city. now and take care of he building, gardens and upkeep and the apartment. I am advertising for two fully furnished rooms.
