• The house/living room/bathroom/kitchen is shared with one long-term tenant (me) who occupies the smaller bedroom. (male, 57, software developer, European)
• Free laundry in the basement
• Large backyard, part of it is for gardening if you have such ambitions

• Bus stops approximately 2 minutes away
• Approximately 10 minutes by bus to Broadview Station
• Parking is not available
• Cats or other quiet animals are welcomed, no dogs or noisy animals.

I’m a long term tenant, 57 year old, software developer, Hungarian background. I haven’t shared my living space with a male roommate since college, so I strongly prefer a female. I either work from home or I work remotely for extended periods of time, which means you MUST be able to live independently, and you MUST be somewhat tech savvy to keep the internet/computer up and running while I’m away!
