I’m a long term tenant here, 57 year old, software developer, Hungarian background. I haven’t shared my living space with a male roommate since college, so I strongly prefer a female. I either work from home or I work remotely for extended periods of time, which means you MUST be able to live independently, and you MUST be somewhat tech savvy to keep the internet/home automation/computer up and running and help me remotely troubleshooting while I’m away!
