Looking for one cool, easygoing roommate to share my 2,500 sq ft character home in Roxboro — quiet, leafy inner-city neighborhood, walking distance to the river pathway and Mission.

The space:

• Bright private bedroom, big window • Fully furnished — just bring your suitcase • Shared living room with gas fireplace, big deck, and a backyard with a trampoline and fire pit • In-house laundry, parking available

The living situation:

• I have my two kids every other weekend — otherwise it's just me (and you) • Looking for someone respectful, clean, and genuinely fun to share space with • Non-smoker

• 8-month term, Oct 1 – May 31 • Rent: $1,250/month, utilities included • Move-in: October 1

A bit about me: I’m Joel, an entrepreneur here in Calgary (run a seasonal retail business, plus a few other projects on the go). I’ve got two boys, Austin and Noah, who stay with me every other weekend — otherwise it’s a quiet, easygoing house. Outside of work I’m into mountain biking, skiing, boxing, golf, and generally staying active, plus I like puttering on home projects. Looking for someone chill and respectful to share the space with — happy to hang out sometimes, happy to just do our own thing other times.
