i’m looking for a working professional woman in her 20s to share a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the distillery/canary district, just steps from the distillery district. please note that this is a women-only living arrangement—thank you for understanding! if interested please reach out and happy to share some photos/videos of the space 🙂

• $1,750/month plus utilities

• first and last month’s rent required

• available first/second week of October

• your bedroom is approx. 10’4“ × 9’0“

• full bathroom located directly outside your bedroom, which would be yours!

the condo is close to Corktown Common, the waterfront and all the restaurants, cafés and shops in the distillery district. it’s also easily accessible by TTC and has convenient access to the DVP and Gardiner.

a little about me: i’m 23 and work full-time in operations and administration. i’m friendly, clean and respectful, and i’m really hoping to find someone who wants more than just silently passing each other in the hallway. i’d love to live with someone who’s down to chat on the couch after work, occasionally have dinner or a glass of wine together, or decide to go out for an impromptu outing—but who also understands that we’ll both sometimes want our own space.

i love music, going to the gym, horseback riding and exploring the city. i also have a very sweet and non-destructive cat named Luna (she loves her cat tree), so you would need to be comfortable living with a cat 🐈

the living room is fully furnished, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you’d need, including an air fryer and Nespresso machine! i also have a TV with just about every streaming service you could imagine haha. if you have any kitchen items, decor or anything else you’d like to bring, definitely feel free. i’d still love for the shared spaces to feel like a home that we both have a say in!
