Looking for a roommate for October 1st.

The place: 800 square foot condo on third floor of 3 story building in the Brow of the Hill neighbourhood of New Westminster. Close to skytrain, busses, shopping. Roommate gets the second bedroom (approx 10’ X 10’) which can be furnished or not, plus shared use of kitchen, dining room, living room and of course, bathroom. Kitchen is updated with quartz counter and new induction stove. There are 2 full-size refrigerators so we each get our own. There is a microwave, dishwasher, and washer / dryer.

Rent includes heat, hot water, electricity and internet.

I have 2 cats, which is the maximum allowed by strata.

You would have your own private bedroom and use of the shared space

I’m a pretty chill guy. All I want is a roommate who’s willing and able to pay the one time damage deposit as well as the monthly rent, who doesn’t damage the property, who goes outside to smoke weed and/or cigarettes whenever they smoke (if they smoke weed and/or cigarettes), who doesn’t abuse street drugs, who’s a mostly morally and ethically decent human being overall.
