We have a small bedroom in a town home condo in South Guelph (Clair and Gordon closest major intersection) which is a short bus ride away from the University of Guelph with several bus stops only three to five minutes away walking at a leisurely pace. The room is furnished (bed and desk) with lots of natural light. The kitchen and bathroom will be shared. Share bathroom is on upper floor near room for rent. A half bath is found on main floor which can be shared. We have a washer and dryer found in basement where my wife and I live. This amenity will be available for use during agreed upon hours any day of the week. Our home is clean, and warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The area has everything one would need to get your shopping done within walking distance. Roommate wanted for at least one year but an arrangement for a semester long lease agreement for a grad student may be able to be arranged. Photos of shared areas of the home will be posted soon. One person only. No sharing of room allowed. No smoking permitted in or on property as condo complex owners often complain about neighbors smoking and we value our good relationship with them.

The house will be shared with a husband, wife and our two young adult children. Myself and my wife are quiet and must have a quiet roommate to allow us to lead the lifestyle we need and to allow our young adult children to focus on their college/university studies and get rest as they both also work. Myself and my wife are very quiet and keep to ourselves. We are a multicultural family, the husband being of English/Irish descent and the remainder of the family being from China. We are open to roommates from anywhere in the world as we strongly believe diversity enriches our lives.
