I offer a private furnished bedroom with Queen bed, closet, small fridge, chair & table. Private bathroom. Use of kitchen. Owner living in. Off street parking, wifi, laundry use, heat included. There are 2 cats to cuddle and a beautiful enclosed backyard with gazebo to chill in. I am across the street from a plaza with many businesses such as restaurants, Timmies, Pool Hall, Bar, seamstress. It is a short walk to Lancaster Mall where you can catch buses going to other parts of the City. The street I live on is beautiful with older homes and large trees.

I am a 58 year old woman and the only occupant of the house. I work from home as an artist with studio space within the house. I am an introvert and love quiet time though I have my extroverted moments. I have a garden I love to be in and 2 cats that curl up with me inside. I do community and school based art projects with both adults and children as well as my own art. I volunteer with Chroma that provides assistance, social time and advocacy for the 2SLGBTQAI+ community. I have 3 grown children and am recently separated. I spend time with people who have spent time to know themselves and are authentic, compassionate and open minded.
