It is a house shared with me,. The house is very nice and basically you have the upstairs. My bedroom is across the hall but other than sleeping I spend no time upstairs. You have two full rooms and your own bathroom upstairs. Really nice area with lots of green space, bus stop right outside the house or LRT is 10 min walk. Undeveloped basement, garage, big backyard with a deck , garden and bbq, and my dog is very friendly who i walk three times a day.

I am very easy-going and like to keep to myself but I’m a normal, friendly person :) My last roommate was a very nice guy but did nothing but stay at home and even order groceries here and walked to tell me about his day constantly. I smoke cannabis in my office in the house. I am very clean, I was a post-secondary instructor for 9 years until May of this year and now I am pivoting into Learning and Development. I enjoy video games, movies, I go disc golfing a lot, I enjoy friends in the basement for an occasional boardgame, I have the occasionally FWB over and that’s about it. The idea is that you have the top floor to yourself minus my room. WiFi is very powerful because I used to teach during COVID online. A previous rental reference would be great! Thanks!
