About the room

Hello,

I am a mom of 2 looking to rent a room downstairs. The play room is also downstairs, so must be okay with children. It is a 4 bedroom house plus a wreck room. There is a big front yard and a fenced backyard.

About me: I am down to earth and love being around people with positive energy. I play a few instruments and I love to read. I have a wonderful boyfriend and stepson who will also be coming over time to time to visit.

Room is available Oct. 1st and I will be renting the room out for 6 months. After the 6 months we can decide whether we would like to continue being roommates or not.
