The property is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and various businesses along the high street. Small town feel meets the hustle and bustle of downtown, just a 10 min drive away and a few blocks from the Bow River.

Hi! I’m a 29-year-old sales professional working a typical 9–5 during the week. I’m social and love getting out, especially on weekends, but I’m also respectful of quiet time and having a comfortable, peaceful home to come back to.

I love to travel and usually have a trip planned every few months, so I’m always up for swapping travel stories or hearing about your adventures! I’m a bit of a night owl, but I’m very quiet and considerate when I’m home late. I’m clean, tidy, easygoing, and definitely believe sharing is caring; whether that’s splitting household responsibilities, sharing a meal, or having a quick chat in the kitchen.

I enjoy going out for dinner and drinks, exploring Calgary, staying active, and spending time with friends, but I also appreciate a cozy night in. I’m looking for a roommate who is friendly, respectful, communicative, and takes pride in keeping a nice home.
