You get a private bedroom with a dedicated bathroom in a 2b2b corner unit with a great view along with a parking space. A storage locker is included as well where you can store luggage and unused furniture! Looking for a clean, respectful flatmate for a lease transfer starting October/November (flexible), ideally young professional in their 20s. You’ll be sharing a bright, modern 2-bed, 2-bath corner unit with me. Can’t select semi-furnished :sadge: The flatmate will be selling his room’s furniture to you if you’re interested so you don’t need to get anything new unless you want to. The main criteria are credit score (nothing below 700), employment verification, and references.

The Apartment

• High-floor corner layout with an extra-long private balcony (you almost get 270º view! downtown view as well as lake Ontario/Toronto islands :D)
• Shared open-concept kitchen and living area (well-maintained and clean) with most of the utensils and appliances available and you probably don’t need anything new.
• In-suite laundry
• Hydro/electricity and insurance is separate (typically ~$30–$40/month per person, 1500 should cover it though, the rent is around 1425, so your share of the rent will be closer to 1475 after hydro and insurance (kept the rent as 1500 as the upper limit))
• wifi is separate but I pay for it and you don’t need to :D

I am a 26 year old male working in tech. I mostly work from home from my room so I’m home most of the time. I have an introverted nature and keep it to myself but happy to socialize as well! I do plan on getting a dog (puppy) this winter so if you like dogs, that’s your sign :D
