ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Location: the apartment is conveniently connected to a bunch of things—the college subway station, IKEA, 2 grocery stores (Metro and Farmboy), a planet fitness gym, a food court, coffee shops, an LCBO, Rexall, TD, amongst other things. All this is in the basement, so the residential part isn’t negatively affected by it. The apartment itself is very quiet and we hear no noise from the road or the park.

The property manager stays in the building and is always available for any help me might need. There is a full time maintenance team that fixes any issues we might be facing within 24hr.

Paid parking available in the basement for 150cad/month.
