Nice room in a wide open bungalow located in a desirable area right by the beach in Pickering. Go Train station is a 1 minute walk. House is 2 mins from highway 401, 5 mins from the beach and 5 mins from Pickering mall. Extremely desirable location. House is in very good condition and well maintained.
