Furnished Private Bedroom & Private Bathroom Available in Leduc – $950–$1,000/month (Utilities split 50/50)

A furnished private bedroom with your own private bathroom is available in a clean and quiet detached home in Leduc. Located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood, the home was built in 2015 and offers a comfortable, well-maintained living space with a fully fenced backyard. There is also access to an open field through the back alley, as well as walking trails nearby.

The home will only be shared with me and my two senior dogs, there will be no other roommates or tenants. This provides a quieter living environment while still having access to shared laundry, kitchen and common areas.

Rent & Rental Options $950/month:
Rent includes one fully furnished private bedroom and your own private bathroom.

$1,000/month:
Rent includes both upstairs bedrooms and your own private bathroom. The second bedroom is unfurnished and could be used as an office, additional storage, or whatever best suits your needs. Utilities are split 50/50 with both rental options.

I am open to a tenant having a dog as well, provided the dog gets along well with my German Shepherd, is house-trained, and does not have a history of destructive or aggressive behaviour. The dog would also need to be comfortable living in a shared household environment.

Hi! I’m a working professional and full-time university student. I’m a pretty easygoing, friendly person and enjoy having a comfortable, welcoming home to come back to. Since there will be no other roommates or tenants, the home is shared only with me and my dogs. I love spending time with my dogs and getting out for a hike whenever I have the opportunity. I also enjoy being social from time to time and playing board or card games. At home, though, I tend to enjoy a quieter environment and keep to myself, so I’m hoping to find someone who appreciates a similar balance of friendliness and privacy.

About my dog(s): I currently have two senior dogs residing with me. One is my German Shepherd, and the other is a Black Lab who belongs to my parents and goes between our two homes. They are both friendly, well cared for, and stay exclusively on the main floor, keeping the upstairs separate, quiet, and free of dog hair.
