Partially furnished room bed included with mattress. Part-time parents welcome. Also able to use basement rec room. Own bathroom with standup shower, shared kitchen and laundry on the main level of Home.

About the roomies

Husband, wife, living at home with a small dog. Hoping that tenant will help with letting out small dog when needed. We are sometimes working different shifts very clean people. Expectations would be the same for the person in the basement and surroundings. Make it quite clear that one person will be renting that room.
