The apartment is furnished though the available room is unfurnished aside from a cupboard and an AC. The room comfortably fits a queen bed and a large desk. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. Utilities and internet are included in the rent and coin laundry is available in the building. The apartment is on the 2nd floor accessible by stairs (no elevator).
