A clean, quiet, and fully furnished 8x10 room in a spacious and peaceful family home. The room features a comfortable double bed (single occupancy only) with bedding provided, an emended closet, a chest of drawers, plenty of shelves, and an under-bed storage space. A TV is provided in the room for your personal streaming services via Wi-Fi.

The rent is $850/month cash all-inclusive, meaning Hydro, water, gas, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Central AC during the summer are completely covered. There is no last month’s deposit required. You will have free access to the in-house laundry facilities (washer/dryer), a free dedicated parking space, and shared access to the kitchen, bathroom, backyard, and a communal entertainment space in the basement. Smoking is strictly permitted outdoors on the porch only.

The neighborhood (Keele & St. Clair) features incredible transit links right at our doorstep. You are steps away from the 512 St. Clair Streetcar and the 49, 89, and 189 Keele buses. Additionally, the 127 Davenport bus stops right behind the house, taking you directly straight to Spadina Station.

You will be sharing the house with myself (a male working professional) and my 65-year-old mother. We are a quiet, respectful, and family-oriented household that values a clean, safe, and peaceful living environment. With you included, there will be a total of only 3 people living in the house, ensuring plenty of privacy and no overcrowding.

We are looking for a mature, responsible, and exceptionally clean male student or working professional who wants a stable, long-term place to call home (1-year commitment or longer preferred). We highly prize cleanliness and consideration for others, especially when it comes to keeping the shared bathroom and kitchen spotless.
