Furnished, bright, pretty large, quiet room in a 2 bedroom apartment located in a small fourplex facing trees and not the busy street. I am the only person living here so you would be sharing a place with only one female. We share kitchen, bathroom and the living room. Building is super quiet so I am looking for someone who fits right in. Simply, it is not a place to host loud parties or practice your instrument. Laundry is in the shared laundry room with 5 other apartments. Forest Hill is closest area to go for a walk. Not much going on but it is green and safe. Eglinton West has a few interesting restaurants but I would say much more is going on on St.Clair West which is a 15 min walk via Cedervalle Ravine. Bus stop is in front of the building and Eglinton LRT Forest Hill subway is a 5 min walk. There is no parking. I love animals but neither cats nor dogs are allowed. Short term is fine.

I am a cyclist and a hiker and I love to host a dinner party now and then. I am also a visual artist and these days I spend time on a trail, at the show or at home. I am pretty organized and I keep the place tidy. I am looking for a roommate who is busy but enjoys sharing an occasional meal and conversation.
