Are you arriving in Montreal soon or looking for a new place to live? I’m moving out and a room is becoming available in our large, fully furnished and equipped apartment shared by 3 roommates.

📍 Convenient location The apartment is located 650 m (7 minutes walking) from Préfontaine Metro station (Green Line).

You can easily reach:

• Downtown in 20 minutes by metro or by bike.
• Parc La Fontaine and the Plateau-Mont-Royal in 10 to 15 minutes by bike.
• A Maxi supermarket and a Pharmaprix, both just 5 minutes away on foot.

🏡 The apartment Spacious, bright and fully equipped, it includes:

• Washer and dryer
• Dishwasher
• Oven and microwave
• Toaster and kettle
• Projector
• An excellent coffee machine ☕
