Beautiful home in the Grand Boulevard area, right across from the park. It’s a large home, but very comfortable with a fabulous kitchen, comfortable living room with gas fireplace, plus a separate sitting room with tv. You’ll have your choice of two guest rooms: One is a two-room set up, with a bedroom plus adjacent small office. The other is a generously-sized guest room with views to the park. The guest bathroom (walk in shower, clawfoot tub, sink, toilet, heated floors) will be for your use exclusively. Outdoors, you’ll find beautiful gardens and lots of non-restricted street parking.

I am the only other person living in the space. I am an outdoorsy, easy-going 60+ professional female. I lead a reasonably quiet lifestyle but enjoy having friends over from time to time. I work from home but have my own office space in the house (I won’t be using common areas for work). Tidy. Non smoker.
