The building is in Distillery District. It has a lot of amenities like: pook, spa, sauna, bbq, terrace, game rooms, theater rooms, music studio, work/study rooms, meeting rooms, workshop rooms etc. I would rather you use these spaces more than the apartment, and use the apartment as sleeping space as it’s really small and you will be in the living room. I am not saying this to be cruel , it’s just much better and you will see when you see how amazing the building is!

I am 32, Queer female. Currently studying French for TEF. This my 1 bedroom apartment that I live with my cat. The apartment is small, has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. I am living in the bedroom. My cat is free in the apartment . My cat’s litter is in the bathroom.

I am looking for a very specific arrangement.

• Looking for a student who’s studying French or knows French who can practice French with me every day for an hour
• Someone who needs 2 to 4 months of stay
• Someone who will be okay with sleeping on the couch, with my cat in the apartment and very little closet space (all the closet and storage spaces are occupied by me, if you need a dresser you can buy one or we can rent storage in the building so you can use the storage in the entrance but you need to pay for the storage- I think it’s $60 per month)
• Someone who is vegan or vegetarian, or someone who agrees to don’t cook in the apartment. We have lots of kitchen in the building for learning and dinner parties, if you need to cook animal products, you can always use those kitchens without paying anything
• Female or queer preferred
• No partying / no guest in the apartment (building is fine) / no smoking / vaping

It is an incredible opportunity for a new student who is looking for a permanent place but haven’t found one yet.

I have so many rules I know it sucks but this is with all honesty ! The price negotionable but you HAVE TO agree with all of the above. And you’ll see I’m very nice and reasonable if you accept these rules and follow through :)
