The kitchen has everything you would need for cooking but there is no living room. This room is average size (about 9 feet X 9) and has a good ceiling height of 8 feet. There are windows in the apartment but the room itself has no window. It’s a 3 minute walk from 24 hour Queen st streetcar. Also there are bus stops that are ten minute bus ride from Pape Subway station. Its located halfway between downtown and the beaches in the area known as Leslieville or south riverdale. Its is perfect for a George Brown student. The house is in a very good neighbourhood with lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and 3 big grocery stores that are 3 minute walk away. I am the landlord and the father of an 9 and 2 year old girl and we live in the house above the basement apartment. Because of this, I really want tenants who are not loud and obnoxious with issues that will negatively affect the energy of the house. Nice, pleasant, positive people are welcome to apply. As well my daughter wants to practice Spanish so Spanish speaking people are also welcome. The rent is 775 but I don’t mind lowering the rent for really good, quiet, low maintenance long term tenants.
